A Good Introduction Deserves More Than a Thank You

Our best work has always started with someone we trust saying “you should talk to SIROC.” Partners are the people out in the world who spot the problems first.

In Our Business, Trust Is the Product

Nobody picks an engineering partner from a banner ad. They ask someone they trust, and they call the name they hear. Every introduction is a small loan of reputation, and we treat it that way.

While we’re heads-down executing and putting out fires, our partners are out in the world: in boardrooms, portfolio reviews and late dinners with CEOs.

If your introduction helps us grow, it should pay off for you too. When it becomes a project, a fair share of what the client pays us is yours.

There’s a Seat at Our Table

Every badge on this table started the same way: someone who trusted us told someone who needed us. Yours is waiting to be written.

Who Our Partners Are

There’s no partner tier or badge. If people trust your judgement and you see problems we solve, you’re a partner.

As interim CTO, CPO or COO, you inherited a team that doesn't deliver. What you need is a few kick-ass people you can trust, who work side by side with the existing team until it hits its deadlines again.

Sound familiar? That’s the moment to introduce us

“The SIROC team combines the mindset of experienced operators with the execution capability of a world-class product and engineering organization. That combination is rare to find.”

How It Works

Mapping a client's process on a whiteboardthis problem is having a very bad day
  1. 1

    You Spot a Problem

A stalled roadmap, a team out of its depth, a transformation that isn't moving. You see it first.

  2. 2

    You Make the Introduction

A warm intro by email or a call. We confirm it's yours before any work starts, so attribution is never a question.

  3. 3

    We Find the Right Fit

We listen, diagnose and shape the work. If we're not the right answer, we say so, and your name stays clean.

  4. 4

    You Share in the Result

5% of what the client pays us in the first 12 months, settled every quarter from cash received.

What an Introduction Is Worth

Client spend, first 12 months €250,000

Your share 5%

Paid out quarterly

Your total payout €12,500

Our projects typically run from €50,000 to €1,000,000 in their first year. Slide to see what your share comes to.

More Than a Commission

Free Diagnostic Session

Every company introduced gets one free diagnostic session on us.

We Refer Back

When our clients need what you do, you're the first name we mention.

Partner Events

Dinners, hikes or a day on the ski slopes with the people who make our work possible. No pitches, just good company.

  • wine tasting
  • all hands on the paddles
  • sharing adventures
  • workshop debrief
  • trust exercise, literally
  • sunset, by the sea

No Pitches, Just Good Company

“What stood out was their ownership mentality. They approached the business as if it were their own, challenged assumptions, and focused relentlessly on outcomes.”
Benedikt Ess Partner, Blackster Capital

FAQ

No. Your commission comes out of our side, never added to the client's bill.

A client or project we weren't already talking to, confirmed by us before the work starts. A distinct new project inside an existing client can qualify when it involves different decision-makers.

Quarterly in arrears, based on what the client paid in that quarter, for 12 months from the project start or first invoice, whichever comes first.

5% of what the client pays us for services in the first 12 months, excluding VAT and expenses. Each quarter we total the payments actually received, send you the figure, and you invoice us for it.

A short referral agreement. It's mostly for your benefit: it puts your share in writing, so there's never a misunderstanding about what you're owed.
