The Situation

AudioStack took months to ship anything new. We stepped in as interim CTO with a team, made AI part of how everyone works, and now it ships in a month.

AudioStack sells access to an API that lets publishers and advertisers make studio-quality audio ads with AI. The audio is properly mastered, with real control over volume and effects, and clients have always said it beats any generic AI tool. But the API only works for clients with their own developers. Everyone else needed a product they could just use, and that product never took off.

The team kept growing and the output didn't. Nobody was asking clients what they needed, so the roadmap followed hunches.

In 2025 we joined with an interim CTO and rethought the product from the ground up. New products started shipping in 3 months, where before it took years. At the end of 2025 AudioStack asked us to take over the frontend team too.

  1. Took over the frontend team.

AudioStack's developers stayed, led by us. We brought in a product owner who talks to clients and plans around what they ask for.

  2. Kept the best people, made them faster.

We showed AudioStack's strongest developers how to build AI into everything they do: handing tasks to AI agents, running several at once, shipping faster and better, focused on the product outcome. The team went from 8 frontend developers to 2.

  3. Doubled the team's speed.

The goal: deliver twice as much by the end of June 2026. The smaller team beat it. For the first time, it shipped early and hit its roadmap dates. The whole machine now runs smoothly.

  4. Made the product do the work.

Before, AI only wrote the script. Voice, pace, effects and music were set by hand. We helped change that in July 2026. Now the client says what they want, and AI makes an ad that sounds like their brand.

  5. Built the base to scale.

AI turns that one ad into versions for a rainy morning, a sunny afternoon or another city. Because the team works with AI, features like this reach clients fast. That lets the whole company scale.

Where They Are Today

15 big names

on AudioStack's client list today

AudioStack is now closing deals with big advertisers and publishers. Its clients include Omnicom Media Group, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu, Bloomberg and Porsche, and big brands use its product every day. A new product gets out in about a month, then improves as clients use it. A smaller team ships more for less, and that makes the company worth more.

What SIROC Brought

We were building with AI long before it was a trend. We sat in the team and changed how the work gets done, one habit at a time.

The rule we follow is simple. People decide, AI does the heavy lifting. In the team, a product owner sets the direction and AI writes and checks the code. In the product, AI now runs an agentic workflow that makes better ads with less effort.

“For the first time, the whole team was amazed by the quality and speed we were delivering.”

Oriol JanésOriol Janés Engineering Lead, SIROC

AI changed both how the team builds and what the product does. A smaller team ships more, and clients get better ads from a short brief. Growth no longer depends on hiring more people, and that is what increases the company's valuation.

“After just one hour with SIROC, I felt they understood our challenges and priorities better than my internal team had over the past year. The clarity they provided was immediate.”

If you keep hiring and still ship slowly, more people won't fix it. Change how the team thinks and works, and the company scales.
