Senior UI/UX Designer
At SIROC we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our worldwide team. We want someone who thinks like a product owner first and reaches for the design tool second.
Producing screens is no longer the hard part; AI can generate mockups and even working interfaces in minutes. The hard part is judgment: understanding the real user problem, deciding what deserves to be built, and shaping an experience that holds together as the product grows. In this role you direct agentic design and coding tools to do the heavy lifting, while you own the direction, the decisions, and the outcome. Your craft and product sense are exactly what let you steer these tools well, and catch them when they're wrong.
You'll work directly with engineers, product owners, venture partners, and our clients to turn ideas into SaaS and B2B products. We're not looking for a task executor who waits for tickets. We want someone who makes things happen: talks to the customer, translates the need into a plan, prototypes it, and drives it to shipped.
What You'll Do
Own product design end to end, from the user problem to intuitive, validated experiences that ship.
Direct agentic design tools to explore and generate options fast, then apply judgment about what is actually worth building.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate and validate ideas quickly.
Expand your designs into working frontends, handing them to the engineering team.
Build and maintain design systems and component libraries that keep products consistent as they scale.
Contribute to product discovery and definition: sit with customers, understand the real problem, and shape scope with the team.
Reason about edge cases, accessibility, and end-to-end flows before they become problems in production.
Challenge assumptions, including the AI's, and raise the quality bar across the team.
Partner with engineering so what ships matches the intent at the highest quality.
Contribute to scoping and estimation when new work is being defined.
What We Expect From You
Fluent English is a hard requirement, written and spoken. Everyone at SIROC interfaces directly with partners and clients.
A genuine product mindset: you can talk to a customer, translate needs into actionable work, orchestrate delivery, and iterate quickly. You make things happen rather than wait for tickets.
At least 3 years of professional UI and UX experience designing and shipping real software products in the software industry.
Deep understanding of the design process for responsive web and mobile products.
Hands-on experience with agentic design tools (Claude Design, Figma Make, or equivalent) and the judgment to use them well.
Comfort using Claude Code (or equivalent) to expand designs into working frontend, plus real fluency with Git for versioning.
Expert proficiency with Figma, and experience building and maintaining component libraries and design systems.
Foundational understanding of how frontend is built, enough to collaborate closely with engineers and challenge implementation trade-offs.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Sound judgment under ownership: you organize, prioritize, and drive work to done without needing to be pushed.
A collaborative instinct: you motivate, persuade, improve collaboration, and reduce tension within teams, making the people around you better and lifting the bar rather than just clearing it.
Our Offer
A competitive salary based on your experience and skillset.
Fully remote, in a fully distributed team, based anywhere in the European Economic Area.
A flexible schedule within core overlap hours. The collaboration is real-time, so we sync when it counts and leave the rest to you.
A brand-new MacBook Pro (or equivalent) as your work machine.
