At SIROC, we're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who leads.
We build mission-critical products for startups and global organizations, fast, with a small team of people who care about craftsmanship, clarity, and speed. No noise. No politics. No committee approvals to design a button. Just real ownership and work that ships.
We're looking for a senior designer who's ready to own the design side of our products end-to-end, and who's fast because they know what they're doing, not because they're cutting corners.
You care about the outcome, not just the mockup. You can push back on a brief, spot the opportunity nobody asked for, and pitch your thinking to founders and clients in terms of business impact rather than design taste. And you're genuinely fast with your tools. The software is never the thing holding you up.
🎯 What You'll Do
Own the design of our products end-to-end, from the first rough idea to the polished thing users actually touch, and make sure what ships matches the intent at the highest quality.
Turn ambiguous problems into clear flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs quickly.
Think like a product owner. Challenge the brief, sharpen the vision, bring solutions before you're asked, and help shape product definition and specs when it's useful.
Use AI as part of your daily craft, for ideation and production, and for raising the quality bar, not just as a novelty.
Produce whatever moves a project forward. UI/UX first, with support for visuals, images, short videos, and motion when the moment calls for it.
Build and maintain design systems and best practices across products and teams.
Work directly with founders, engineers, PMs, and clients. Run workshops, align on direction, and iterate quickly out in the open.
🤩 What We Expect From You
5+ years designing software across both UI and UX, with a real track record of leading projects, not just executing them.
A product mindset you can prove. You connect design decisions to business outcomes and can confidently sell the "why" to stakeholders.
Figma mastery, plus familiarity with design-to-code workflows. Comfortable across the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and video tools.
Deep, hands-on fluency with responsive web and mobile, phone and tablet, including iOS and Android design systems and patterns.
Real command of design systems, components, and click-dummy prototypes.
Fluent, clear, confident English, spoken and written. Native-level isn't required.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, Agile environment where you prioritize, organize, and execute under real-time pressure, and keep discussions moving forward rather than circling back.
