At SIROC we are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Product Owner to join our worldwide team. We want someone who does more than coordinate: someone who can shape a product, prototype it, measure it, and drive it to shipped.
The role has changed. Chasing status and moving tickets is no longer where the value is. The value is in owning product direction: understanding the real problem, deciding what should be built, making the vision tangible by prototyping it yourself with agentic tools, and using data to know whether it's actually working. Much of this role is about bringing control and clarity to the often chaotic ecosystem of our partners and clients. You set the direction that keeps engineers and designers unblocked, and you back it with evidence.
You'll work directly with engineers, designers, data scientists, venture partners, and our clients to turn ideas into SaaS and B2B products. We're not looking for a task executor who waits for tickets. We want someone who makes things happen: talks to the customer, translates the need into a plan, prototypes it, measures it, and drives it to shipped.
🎯 What You'll Do
Own and communicate product direction and priorities so they are clear, explicit, and understood by engineering, design, and stakeholders.
Bring control and clarity to the often chaotic ecosystem of our partners and clients, turning ambiguity into a clear, tracked, accountable plan.
Write clear Product Requirement Definitions (PRDs) that align everyone on the problem, scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definition of success.
Turn ideas and customer needs into prototypes with agentic tools (Claude Design, Claude Code, or equivalent) to make the vision tangible and validate it early.
Keep task tracking an accurate, real-time reflection of what is actually happening, coordinating tasks and dependencies across teams so nothing slips.
Define and track KPIs, build dashboards, and use the data to drive decisions.
Measure whether shipped features actually worked, not just that they shipped, and feed the learnings into the next decision.
Maintain a ready backlog with clear scope, context, and acceptance criteria before sprint planning.
Make trade-offs and priority calls on time so teams are never blocked by missing direction or unclear decisions.
Run product discovery and definition workshops with internal teams and clients, and manage timelines, milestones, and scope changes intentionally.
Provide regular written updates on product status, decisions, and delivery progress, and support sales with scoping and estimates when needed.
Own the end-to-end process of turning an idea into a shipped, measured product.
🤩 What We Expect From You
Fluent English is a hard requirement, written and spoken. Everyone at SIROC interfaces directly with partners and clients.
A genuine product mindset: you define priorities, scope, and success criteria, and you make things happen rather than wait for tickets.
Minimum of 4 years in software project management and/or product ownership.
A proven track record of bringing order to chaos: taking a messy, ambiguous partner or client situation and turning it into clear, tracked, accountable delivery. Be ready to show concrete examples.
Experience using Asana to orchestrate teamwork is a great plus; proven experience managing workloads in Jira, Monday, or equivalent works too.
Hands-on ability to prototype with agentic tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Design, Claude Code, or equivalent) to demonstrate product evolution yourself.
Foundational fluency in the engineering and design tools your teams use, enough to follow the work, challenge trade-offs, and communicate credibly with engineers and designers.
An analytics foundation understanding: defining and tracking KPIs, building dashboards, and reasoning from data to decisions.
Deep understanding of mobile and web product development processes.
Experience coordinating remote teams of 5+ engineers and designers, managing delivery schedules, scope, and costs, with strong stakeholder and written-communication skills.
Solid experience working in Agile environments.
Sound judgment under ownership: you organize, prioritize, and drive multiple initiatives to done without needing to be pushed.
A collaborative instinct: you make the people around you better and lift the bar rather than just clearing it.
